Well its official, Minneapolis/St. Paul is going to host the 2008 Republican National Convention, the same weekend as the State Fair. How wonderful!!! That wont be a total disaster.
Who decided on the timing? We should have told them to go to hell if that is when the convention takes place.
Or maybe we should have told them to go to hell regardless. But from a cheapness standpoint, there will be economical advantages for our area, I suppose.
